Do I need an OTP to register?+

No. Register with your name, email address, mobile number and password. Email and mobile verification are not required.

Can I edit a memo after saving it?+

Yes. Open your saved memo, edit the details and save it again. You can also duplicate it to create a separate draft.

How do I download a PDF?+

Open the memo preview, select Print / Save PDF, and choose Save as PDF in your browser print dialog. Use A4 paper and turn off browser headers and footers.

Can I add a different memo format?+

The Superadmin can add fields and text templates. Use Contact us to discuss a complex layout or a custom setup.

Is MST4 an official railway service?+

No. MST4 is independent memo preparation software. Users must check information and follow their organisation’s applicable procedures before using a memo.
