1. Information we collect
Registration collects your name, email, mobile number and password. Passwords are stored as hashes in the account database. Your profile can contain station details. The service stores the memo content you choose to save.
Contact and subscription enquiries collect your name, email, optional mobile, message and selected plan where relevant. Please avoid including passwords or confidential operational material.
2. How information is used
Account information supports login, access control, profile settings and the memo features you request. Enquiry information is used to review and respond to your request. Security records help limit repeated login attempts and form spam.
The website uses essential session cookies to keep forms and account sessions working. This package does not add advertising trackers or third-party analytics.
3. Storage and access
Account and memo records are stored in the website database. Enquiries are stored in a private file outside the public web folder and are available to the Superadmin through an authenticated inbox. Administrators can manage account access, perform password resets and review activity logs.
Hashed network identifiers are used for login and enquiry rate limits. The hosting server may maintain its own access and error logs. Data is processed through the hosting infrastructure needed to operate this website; no sale of user data is part of the service.
4. Retention
Your saved memos remain until you delete them or an account-related request is handled. Account and activity records are retained for service administration. Enquiry records older than 90 days are removed when the enquiry store is next accessed. Older login-attempt records are cleaned up during successful logins. Backup copies and hosting logs can follow separate hosting retention arrangements.
5. Your choices
You can edit your profile, change your password and delete your own memos. For account deletion, correction or questions about data held by the service, send a request through Contact us. Identity may need to be confirmed before account-level changes are made.
6. Security and changes
The software uses password hashing, session controls, access checks and escaped output. No online system can promise complete protection from every risk. Use a unique password and do not share your login. Policy changes will be published on this page.
