1. The service
MST4 provides tools to fill, save, edit and print memo formats. It is independent software and is not an official railway website, an operational authority or a substitute for organisational approval.
2. Your account and your memos
Provide accurate registration details and keep your login private. You are responsible for the information you enter, the suitability of a template and the accuracy of any printed or shared memo. Check the final preview and follow your organisation’s procedures, authorisations and signature requirements.
Do not use the service to impersonate someone, create unauthorised records, access another user’s data, distribute harmful code or interfere with the website. Do not upload or enter information you are not authorised to handle.
3. Saving, printing and availability
Save work before leaving a form. Browser and printer settings can affect output. Keep your own copies of important records. Access may be interrupted by maintenance, hosting issues or other technical failures; uninterrupted operation is not promised.
4. Prices and subscriptions
The public pricing page shows subscription enquiry options. No online payment gateway or automatic paid-plan activation is enabled in this version. Sending an enquiry does not create a paid contract, charge a fee or enable automatic renewal.
For a separately agreed paid service, review the written price, taxes, scope, access duration, renewal terms and refund terms before accepting or paying. Custom development must have a separately agreed scope.
5. Account administration
The Superadmin can publish or withdraw formats, manage account access and reset passwords. Misuse or security concerns may lead to restricted access. Users can contact the administrator to raise an access concern or request account-related changes.
6. Software and format use
Use the software only for authorised work. Ownership of third-party formats or supplied materials is not transferred by this service. A generated memo does not become an official or approved document simply because it was prepared in MST4.
